I found the trick that...Nothing wrong with a mule.. I found the trick that works for me on hills is to try and keep my HR the same. This means getting passed by some of the people running behind me but I found that once I crest the top I’m passing them again.<BR/><BR/>Pace runs are great. I find tempo runs the best.
