A Bonelli New Year

I've been on vacation for the last two weeks (partly planned, partly demanded by the economic slow down). I've spent a lot of time taking walks in my favorite place; favorite in that its close. My 2008 wrap up post will have to wait for another day. Instead I leave you with views of Bonelli on a 7.5 mile walk I took today. The temperature was in the low 70's, the sun was shining but there was a lot of haze. Enjoy the pictures and have a safe and fun Happy New Year's Eve. It looks like 2009 is going to be quite a ride. Stay calm, be diligent, plan for the future and keep running!

What a cool tour, Darrell!! This is really neat. I've only been able to imagine the Bonelli loop...now I grasp it much better. WOW...that is a cool place to walk and run and ride horses, it looks like too!!

Hope you've enjoyed the time off, if not the uncertainty associated with it. Here's to a good 2009 with healthy quads, pain-free shins and solid clinical orthodontia work across the country!!

A very well done production, D! Now I know what it looks like looking down on the 57 since that's where I remember seeing the sign for Bonelli (and, of course, I instantly think of you when I do.)

All this time of reading about runs in Bonelli, and now, getting to see it. Very cool, Darrell! Thanks for sharing it.
