First bloom on my saucer magnolia shrub (magnolia x soulagiana). I planted this nearly 8 years ago. After this bloom cycle we will likely get another before summer.
Bautiful!! On a very grey day in Indiana, this is a wonderful breath of fresh air!!
That flower makes me think of my endurance efforts. Just might take me 8 years to bloom. I agree with Joe. Very grey here in Ohio.
